A few years ago, I saw an ad for a workshop on Reiki and Hypnosis being offered together. It immediately caught my attention. I remember thinking, “This is exactly what people need.” I was already trained in both modalities at the time, but I had been offering them separately. That workshop ad planted a seed, and soon after, I began weaving Reiki and Hypnosis into a single, seamless experience for my clients.
Since then, the results have been powerful.
In a hypnosis session, we work deeply with the mind and body—releasing old patterns, resolving subconscious blocks, and creating new neural pathways for lasting change. But sometimes, after all that inner work, the client’s system still needs time to settle and integrate. That’s where Reiki comes in as the perfect closing chapter.
Reiki offers the body and energy field a chance to rest and recalibrate. It’s gentle, nonverbal, and deeply supportive, allowing the nervous system to process the shifts made during hypnosis. The addition of Reiki creates a sense of wholeness. Clients leave feeling mentally clear, physically lighter, and spiritually aligned.
By combining the two, we honor all aspects of the healing journey: mind, body, and spirit. And when they’re in harmony, transformation doesn’t just happen—it lasts.
If you’ve ever felt like traditional methods only go so far, this integrative approach may be exactly what your system has been asking for.
